The I.O. West Theater/Loft Space at 6366 Hollywood Blvd as part of The Hollywood Fringe Festival.

A seasoned stand-up comic who has spent many years on the road and performing at the major clubs both in L.A. and at venues across the country, Henrietta brings her superb writing skills and impeccable comedic timing to the theater stage in her one-woman show that chronicles her unique life and one-of-a-kind quirky character, who despite being knee-deep in the mud keeps her eyes on the stars.

Henrietta takes us on a wild roller coaster ride of emotions from laughter to tears as she tells her hilarious and poignant story of growing up with irreparably damaged Holocaust survivor parents to her twenty-year marriage to an orthodox rabbi. Finally breaking free, she comes to L.A. to pursue her childhood dream of making people laugh, only to find herself a “gefilte” fish out of water struggling to survive and working as a dominatrix using her wit more than her whip and looking for love in all the wrong places when she hooks up with a delusional ex-porn star with long hair and tattoos; very different form the rabbi.

Combining music, characters, and rapid-fire one-liners, Henrietta weaves a heart-warming story that would make Rocky proud with non-stop laughter that leaves the audience breathless and wanting more.

As one audience member put it, “I should have brought a change of underwear and looking at Henrietta’s gorgeous body in that tight black latex jumpsuit was definitely worth the price of admission,” which in this case; happens to be FREE for the two nights in June.
