I liked the honesty of the writing — the characters displayed limitations in perception due to certain kinds of social stigma around sexuality and that’s real.
What I didn't like
My overall impression
This play taps into the human desire to be loved contrasted with the things that get in the way of giving and receiving love — a stigmatized occupation, religion, and preconceived notions around who is allowed, and who isn’t allowed, to fall in love are the main themes being explored here. I really enjoyed this play, and I would definitely recommend it. The writing is fast paced, and the Hemingway joke made me giggle. Nice work!
