What I liked
Every actor’s commitment to the movement, song and portrayal of each character was palpable. It was so clear they were all having fun and were neck deep into the nerdy love of DnD. The choreography and movement work was especially good and brought up the level of the entire production. Special props to the actor for Mayor and the Demon for fully committing to those extreme characters which pulled laughs and horror from the audience respectively
What I didn't like
A few songs/scenes could be edited down here and there, and although there were slip ups here and there, the cast was wonderfully adept at recovering from any mishap that befell them, so even when it was noticeable, you were almost excited to see how they would deal with it rather than worried for them.
My overall impression
These artists took on the challenge of creating a Dungeons and Dragons musical and they pulled it off brilliantly!
