When a struggling bakery owner is faced with foreclosure, he must work together with his idiot brother to save his livelihood, despite the efforts of a scorned businessman, a potential rabid Sasquatch situation, and a bitter ex-employee determined to lace his baguette dough with rat poison.

The audience is invited into the minds and behaviors of three women in a very regimented workplace, and what calculating means to all of them.
