From the early vaudeville days of Bert Williams to Broadway today, SHUFFLE ALONG stars Los Angeles character actor Arthur L. Ross in a musical journey of the black actor, struggling to escape the minstrelsy of blackface and take the Broadway Stage.

A mix of physical theatre and Vaudeville, this new work strives to rise above what we believe to be true. By taking a bold look at the power of racial stereotypes and how they have shaped the American entertainer, on and off stage. It is a tribute to the of legend Bert Williams.
