A deliciously dark comedy about an unlikely friendship between a socially inept young boy & a morbidly obese novelist. They both seek refuge from a dismal reality in the worlds of their respective imaginations, exploring the dangers of living solely in the space where imagination & memory converge.

The story of a black queer woman who journeys from Atlanta to Africa to restore justice through the arts. As a child she suffers sexual abuse which causes deep trauma, but finds healing and community through the arts. She then moves to Africa and uses the arts to bring healing to other young girls.

In this shockingly hilarious show, Kate presents 2 decades of living w/an OCD-instilled eating disorder that requires her to live by a strict set of rules rooted in numbers and eternal body hatred. Obsessions, neuroticism, and negative self-talk abound, giving us all a chance to laugh at ourselves.
