Bill Chott does a splendid impression of Hitchcock with emotional peaks and troughs. Aaron Caponigro and Lindsey seim are wonderful counterbalances to Hitch’s gravitational pull. Brava to Joyce Hutter for her excellent attention to detail with the set pieces and props.
What I didn't like
Caponigro’s Mel Brooks was not on par with Chott’s Hitchcock. But what he lacked in his impression he made up for with energy and presence.
My overall impression
An intriguing glimpse into the collaborative relationship between two polarizing auteurs of American cinema.
