My overall impression
There are some great performances and very witty writing showcased here, and it picks the perfect moment to end things. Clocking in at under 30 minutes, it’s easily something you an fit between other shows in your schedule. Given the short run-time, I was surprised that it took a relatively long time to get to the titular “thumb wars” and lingered on some beats for awhile, but once it focuses on miscommunication and misinterpretation, it really hits its stride.
