My overall impression

we didn’t know anyone in this play. I got tickets to echo park because my husband and I have always enjoyed the small theatre on the edge type of performance. The premise sounded interesting, and this time I choose it for a fathers day experience so included our 2 teenage sons.

I was nervous that it might not be so great and the whole family would think mom tried something weird again that wasn’t so great.

Echo Park far exceeded our expectations! We all laughed hysterically, especially at the stoner old home town friend with the hollywood actor and the nervous blind date girl who sang about dying alone in her apt only to be be eaten by her own 85 cats….but ALL skits were very funny or moving, and fresh.

we thoroughly enjoyed it!
