I had the pleasure of attending preview night for Basically Together this past Saturday. The two female writers delved into modern relationships and the notion of being "basically together" with someone, all the while keeping the audience shaking with laughter. They touched upon deeper topics such as self identity for gay individuals and finding out a significant other is cheating as well as lighter topics such as the expectations one can have from a new relationship. They offered a range of perspectives on the many layers of relationships and dating. The show features clear strong writing and great, fun performances all around! Definitely a must see during the Fringe Festival. ... full review
