"Not quite AMAZING, but mutch better than PRETTY GOOD"
I read the concept of Branson the Sitcom and thought I'd give it a look. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed the show, with only a couple of small issues.
The good: The two leads Chelsea O'toole and Kristine Sisco did a fine job of bringing their quirky characters (Lisa & Minette) to life and Sisco's comedic timing of her manic and somewhat dopey character Minette brought more than a couple of laughs. The actress portraying Lisa's mother was fine, but far too soft spoken for the venue and was difficult to hear as there are no mics. Mckenzie Burke & Jaiden Geller did a fine job playing Lisa's children as they argued and made sarcastic comments on the rode trip. Standouts were BJ Lange (playi...

"Branson the Sitcom" is a clever, charming, witty, and entertaining production for all ages! I thoroughly enjoyed this wonderful and talented cast! Every cast member is superb and brings their A game! The story is comical and heartwarming; as it reminds us that you can find kindness in strangers even when times are tough. Definitely a must see for all the Hollywood Fringers! ...

The show was well written and the acting was spot on. I was invited to this show by Chelsea O'Toole and I brought a few of my friends along. We all laughed throughout the entire show. I was happy, sad, indifferent, pissed, pleased, and left with feelings of gratefulness that I had been invited to see this great show. The trip to Las Vegas had me ROTFL and the restaurant scene with the waitress, loved; loved the southern accent. The mom (Chelsea) and her friend (Kristine) definitely brought a lot of energy to Branson the Sitcom. The kids were upbeat and believable. The whole cast was great and I really enjoyed watching them in their roles. I left the show with good feelings. I was happy when the mom realized that the people of Missouri were r...

We had heard that this show was good, but it exceeded all of our expectations. Very intimate theater, looks like every seat is a good seat. Lots of fun and funny happenings during the scene changes. Good family fun provided by a very talented cast. We enjoyed the first show so much,we returned for a second performance. ...

It sounds like a good idea on paper. Write a half-hour sitcom pilot and try it out at Hollywood Fringe, and it’s an idea that might have paid off if Branson The Sitcom had any potential whatsoever of making it onto the small screen.
Fortunately for the forewarned, there are better things to do with $12 (and thirty minutes of your time) than sit through Branson, like head on over to Fringe Central for a drink or two.
