The desperate, deadly, engrossing, and enormous story of an infamous female bomber squadron in the midst of the largest global conflict humanity has ever known… all smashed – suffocatingly-smashed – into into a black-box space that makes my closet feel like Montana.
That’s theatrical.
That’s Fringe.
What I didn't like
Sound and light queues want to be tighter than they really can be under the technical constraints of mounting a show in Fringe. I want to see this show with the bone-shaking booms and lightning-edged precision that it would have in a full production.
My overall impression
This isn’t a Fringe show based on a gimmick, a dick joke, or innuendo. This is a show with a good story and an impressively-skilled cast. And the “ingenue” kills Nazis. How can you go wrong?
