The Three Clubs was busting at the seams on opening night of Broadway Noir. The large audience was uproarious and alive with reactions to the quick wit, musical intricacy, and wonderful dialog. Accompanied by gorgeous live piano and horn (By the show’s own writer/musical director Dan Sugi and the talented Matt Von Roderick), toned lighting, and great use of the space, the noir setting hooked me right in and had me along for the whole ride.
The chemistry between detectives Roger and Carter was exquisite.
Listing off all of my favorite characters and moments would certainly give too much away. And it’s a whodunnit after all. :)
Everyone in the cast was able to shine! A true ensemble!
