The group really performed well together! They were in tune with each other and flowed from scene to scene effortlessly, which is amazing considering a couple of them had just joined them for this performance. Truly professional improv theatre.
What I didn't like
Not enough minion-on-minion freaky stuff.
But on a more serious note, the opening “musical” didn’t really add anything for me.
My overall impression
It is certainly some of the best improv you’ll find, Fringe Fest or not. So it’s a good thing they perform year round! And I want to make special mention of two actors in particular – Marquise C. Brown and Kuali’i Wittman. Ms. Brown’s character physicality as an elderly woman was hysterical, and Mr. Wittman had the complete package – the hilarious physicality as Toothless the dragon coupled with the suave charisma of Antonio the… well let’s just say he was a dragon in other ways.
