What I liked
Each of the wives was very specific – which made for six very interesting and varied relationships between them and the King. It was fascinating to see each one play out and think about how history might have been different if, indeed, the King had made different choices…
What I didn't like
My overall impression
Really interesting history lesson told from an “inside” perspective – past, present and even future – of the intimacies between this often mocked King and the multifaceted women who had so much influence over him and his legacy. A truly fascinating story, excellently executed.
