What I liked
The performances are incredible. In particular while watching Katelyn Schiller and Amanda Zarr, I felt like I was watching real people living their lives in front of me.
What I didn't like
I chose a seat a little farther back, and being a short person I couldn’t see some scenes when the actors were seated on the floor. I’m used to not seeing things because of my shortness, but some moments on the floor were more intimate and the actors’ volume would drop, so I also couldn’t hear bits and pieces.
My overall impression
This is such a beautiful show. It is such an interesting examination of a family relationship and how adult children can feel responsible for their parents – with fantastical elements. I left with tears in my eyes and a warm, cozy fire in my soul.
