What I liked

‘Stuck’ is an absurd, comedic play about the passage from living to death. It is written with delicacy and passion, and directed with nuance and substance. The cast are uniformly excellent. The ideas contained within Max Giorgi’s text are transportative- just the way exciting new theatre should be. Be prepared- this is not naturalism. This is a true reflection of humanities fragility and the absurdity of existence. There is no duality in this realm, no right and wrong, good or evil. Definitely see it!

What I didn't like

The only criticism I have is for the venue. The technician was late and caused a false start to the show. The cast handled the error like pros!

My overall impression

Max Giorgi tells us about ourselves in death and in life, with flecks of beauty, humour, strength and sadness. Highly recommended!
