What I liked
The music numbers were inspired, sexy, and damn entertaining. The plot was hilarious while still packing an emotional punch.
What I didn't like
Really loud music coming from the main bar made it hard to hear sometimes.Not the production’s fault of course.
My overall impression
The Cherrys have taken it to another level with this show. Yes, you’ll still get the sexy/hilarious/bawdy musical numbers and characters but it’s definitely their darkest show yet. Anyone who can combine burlesque, musical theater, and social commentary into one neat package is A-ok in my book. It’s a must-see!
