LOSANGELES , CA – A stellar international cast from Italy, Switzerland/France, South Africa/Australia and the US is set to bring to life Patrick Marber’s cold, calculated play about love, sex, and everything in between.
What starts as a casual fling between two unsuspecting grifters turns into a savage power struggle as four strangers are frantically drawn to each other. Closer exposes us in all of our naked neediness as the players throw down the gauntlet in a sensual game of human chess.
All performances benefit the Stella Adler Outreach Division, a not-for-profit organization which provides free acting training to inner city youth, under-served populations and correctional facilities in Los Angeles.
