Inspired by her ‘Tranny Godmother’ Madonna, Trinity goes to battle with the ‘Self Rejection Virus’ in order to reclaim her authentic, female self. In the process, she risks losing her secret lover –codenamed ‘James Franco,’ and her career as a Hollywood actor is propelled into jeopardy.

Taking a ride on the trans-train unmasks a universal commonality: Each of us is struggling to transition from a life of self-doubt and condemnation, to one of internal happiness and peace.

Transmission is an eclectic, cathartic journey from disjointed to aligned, from sad to happy, from bogus to authentic. Based on a true story, this inspirational, yet comedic tale explores themes of gender, race, self-acceptance, death and love.
