This show is about Freedom. You can feel it through and through. Everything is intentional, but in the event of any tiny moment of unexpectedness, Jade Beauvoir handles it with dainty aplomb, looking quite handsome as Trent, if I do say so myself. One, and by one, I mean I, as in, we are all the same, find myself questioning along with the presented data. No matter your appendages or lack thereof, there's bound to be doubt somewhere along your own way. We witness a true transformation, in the making. Some tears may shed. Transmission is a powerful story of what happens when you lose your ability to be who you are and then find it again. Jade tells this story with humor, fun (including the moment of reminding an audience member to turn off their cell without breaking character), truth and sincerity. We've all felt self-doubt at some point in our lives and have had to overcome it. This is a story to remind us all to let go of anyone's judgment about us and be who we really are.... full review
