What I liked

I appreciated that Jason did not do an impression, but rather found the cadence and pitch of Judy’s voice. The editing and placement of scenes was effective.

What I didn't like

I think Judy is a bit more animated and that could help a bit with her rantings. We found the snug jazz pants a bit distracting and there was some fumbling with props and wires. And I don’t think Judy drank from a bottle of Smirnoff and can of soda. Invest in a nonspecific decanter.

My overall impression

Being familiar with the recordings, I didn’t expect a full recitation, but was pleasantly surprised at the staging and execution. Overall excellent job at depicting these last few years of Judy’s life and the desperation she felt along with the humor she still was able muster toward it.
