What I liked
It’s more than just stories about boxing. It has a much deeper message about self acceptance and tolerance. It’s a very well written piece with a mix of boxing history, personal and professional triumphs & tragedies and a lot of humor. The use of historical boxing footage was a wonderful added touch.
What I didn't like
Footage of Ali would have been nice.
My overall impression
One of the best solo shows I’ve seen at the fringe this year. David really embodies Ronnie Brixton as well as the other characters he played. He’s a 1st class actor worth seeing.
