The description of the show sounded interesting. I watched the virtual show and the lack of sound was a real problem. This show dives deep into the experience of immigrant women traveling to and living in the United States through oral storytelling. WOW! This show emanates so much LOVE! It truly is a love letter to the resilience and grit of immigrant women. The story of immigrant mothers can often get reduced to the hardships they face but what I love about this show is that it really showcases their triumph and joy alongside their struggle. This was a beautifully told story of some of those hardships. I was brought to tears listening to some of the stories of struggle and loss and I was also uplifted by the stories of faith and love. ... full review
