Let’s talk about percentages! In this modern day farce, utilizing a modern day convenience, we are exposed to the cut-throat business tactics of Bruce Manfreddy, Australian actor – superstar. PACIFIC CONFERENCE is a short play which takes place nearly entirely on a conference call. It is an experiment in comedy. Bruce negotiates his contract via a Cisco IP station, to the shock and awe of his present producer. As the audience, we are left wonder how characters on the other end of the call react to Bruce’s Australian brand of bravado.
