Phil has played roles at Ghost Road, the Matrix, 24th Street Theatre, and most frequently at Theatre of NOTE, where he’s been a member since 1984. He directs shows for National Theatre for Children and has a side career as a guitar comic; if you listen to NPR or watch PBS in San Diego, that’s him singing songs about how you should donate your vehicle.
