Stephanie Rose

Stephanie Rose is new to Los Angeles but not new to musical theatre! As an assistant high school teacher in her home town, Tulsa, OK, Stephanie has had the pleasure of assisting with musical productions of Hairspray, Grease, Young Frankenstein, and Once on This Island. She has also taught younger kids from ages 4-12 as a Theatre teacher for a summer arts camp for two years. Along with teaching, Stephanie enjoys acting, directing, and writing.

Since the age of 10, Stephanie has been performing. From stage to film, she eats, breathes, sleeps acting! In 2010, Stephanie got her first opportunity as an assistant director for a middle school production of The Wiz. Since then, she has gone on to direct professionally for community theatres with shows such as Send Me No Flowers and Honeymoon at Graveside Manor.

“What’s so rewarding about acting is after the show when an audience member expresses a specific emotion I caused them to feel. It lets me know that I did my job of giving back to the audience through my performance. With directing, I enjoy watching an actor transform into the best actor they can be for their role. Then there’s writing. I love that I have the freedom to express my world, my way.”
Stephanie is truly grateful to be on board for this whimsical musical about loving who you are!

Matthew 5:14 – “You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden.”
