Nicole bravely shares herself with the audience with irresistible energy. She has crafted such a dynamic piece of theatre. A one person show is incredibly difficult to develop and to maintain the interest of the audience from beginning to end but she has achieved it and clearly had a very skilled director on board. Meant to write a review a while back for this wonderful show! I didn't know much about the show when I entered the theatre but was SO happy to have caught it. The play was incredibly well devised. The structure of the storytelling was unique and very effective. Funny meta nods to the audience, well thought out sound design and transitions helped move from moments of heartbreaking intimacy to off-the-wall circus court scenes. Had such a great time at the Harmony Boys Christmas Special! First, the gents have truly solid vocals and...harmonies. :) Fun/suggestive choreography and quite biting social commentary. The show really moves along which is not always a guarantee at Fringe. Great support by a swinging band and love the cameos by the Harmony children and their mother. So glad I didn't miss this holiday treat. :)... full review
